We often blame others for causing our upset which leaves us feeling cut off and hurt. This can manifest as withholding and lack of trust. When we are able to acknowledge and express our underlying vulnerability, relationship, team and organisational dynamics can be transformed.
In discussion with you I can offer a specific intervention for your situation. This can include interviewing people before meeting (face to face/skype or email), meeting with the managers or key stakeholders and working with the people in conflict.
I bring a wide breadth of experience from working in the civil service, with teams, couples in conflict and whole community groups. My strength is to work in a simple friendly and accessible way whilst being fearless in addressing the difficult issues between people.
