Have you experienced depression,
anxiety, panic attacks, loss of meaning, loss, bereavement, isolation
or loneliness? I have worked with many people going through such experiences
and had a lot of success in helping them feel better and develop the resources
to cope with life.
I trained at the Gestalt Centre,
London and have been practicing for 8 years. I am also strongly influenced
by Shambhala Buddhism which I have been
practicing, studying and now teaching for the past 12 years. I am currently in the latter stages of training as a psychotherapist at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling.
I work with clients to deepen their appreciation and understanding of
their experience moment by moment and to learn to live more in the body.
I encourage you to become aware of habitual patterns that you have developed
in relating to others; how you create your experience and thus how you
can make changes. Central to my approach is to help you appreciate and
accept who you are, to reduce internal conflict and make life more workable
and joyful.

I have worked as a counsellor in a university, young people’s
advice centre and Cotswold Counselling Centre and had a private
practice in London. I now work part-time with refugees in
Oxford as well as running my practice at home in Chalford
Hill. Sessions are usually weekly and cost £30 and some
concessions are available. |
